Why include the road in the last shot? Taken as a landscape composition from the far side of the road the last one would be really good. Of the other shots number 3 has my preference.

I like the 3rd shot (I imagine it would be epic given the proper light and without the weeds), but the others don't really work for me.

Thanks everyone, I decided to shoot with the road in the last shot because I thought it made the shot have a different feeling. I have other shots without the road, I just like the feeling of the picture with the road.

I like #3 the best, wish the conditions were better. I like the last one as well, just not the road.

love #1 with such fine detail and the composition in #3 with the sweeping curve of the dune edge taking my eyes through the frame...
