I don't have an external flash yet. I was looking to get a Canon 430ex, but I saw this from a local seller. Only $50 for the flash, or $100 to take it all. Is the lens worth the money? ...meaning is it a good enough lens that I will actually use/like, or is it really crappy, AND, will it fit on my T3i?

Also, is the 320ex 'good enough'? I haven't done much indoor photography yet, so I"m not sure if I need to invest into a better flash than this. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Here is the listing:

1. Canon EOS Rebel Ti film camera (includes manual) - $30.00
2. Tamron 28-200 zoom lens with a screw-on uv haze filter to cut through haze and protect the front of the lens - $30.00
3. Canon 380EX external flash - $50.00
4. Cokin filter system including adapter ring and filter holder - $2.00
5. +2 green filter for black and white film, +3 red filter for black and white film, Circular polarizer filter, Star filter and Parallel filter - $12.00
6. Yongnuo Digital off-camera shoe cord - $2.00
These prices are if purchased seperately but I will also sell this as a whole kit for $100.00.

Take your T3i to try the lens. It likely wont work on your body due to its age. Older non-Canon lenses sometimes have communication errors with the newer bodies. It will mount just fine but it will throw an err01 or an err99, I forget which. Also, the 380ex looks like ETTL only, no manual functions. Check out some of the Yongnuo flashes that have both for not much more.

I agree, you probably don't want any of that. For flashes look for a used 430exII or others recommended in the flash section

I did exactly that from local CL buying Canon Rebel G that came with Tamron 28-200 lens. Good news is that the lens will work with your T3i. The bad news is that it's a so so lens. You'll appreciate IQ from either of your kit lens a whole lot more. I ended up using the Rebel G to purchase my T2i, and sold Tamron lens for $60 on CL, so $100 for all of that may not be a bad deal. You probably want eTTL rather than a manual flash, so 380EX sounds like a good buy.
