Radio trigger that allows power adjustment??

With the large amount of radio triggers out there with an equally large number of feature sets, I'm in need of some assistance from those with more knowledge than me. I've tried searching for my answer, but haven't really come up with an answer.
I'm basically looking for a "mid-level" quality trigger (E-TTL is not a factor) that allows me to make power adjustments to the flashes either from my camera menu or the transmitter itself. I'll be triggering a 580exii and Metz 50 AF-1. Does such a monster exist without breaking the bank? Thanks a ton in advance!
