It is my goal in life to be able to go up their and see it first hand. All of the pictures are awesome, in real life it just has to be so much better.

Apr 21, 2012 10:49 | #17 It really is much better in real life. The best lights show I witnessed was when I was flying a medevac aircraft up north here. The lights would literally shimmer from one end of the horizon to the other in only a few seconds. Like giant waves shimmering back and forth thousands of miles. I turned off all of the interior cockpit lights and just watched in awe. I have yet to witness another show like it.
