I really have to say that B&H and Adorama both are really great to work with.

I purchased a Pocket Wizard MiniTT1 and PowerST4 from B&H that just didn't work out with my Elinchrom/5dII. I sent them back with their RGA and just received notice of credit.

I've had the same experience with Adorama.

Yes, B&H Photo is great. Ordered a netbook, my T2i and SD card, and our Vixia HF G10 and wireless mic from them. I'll continue ordering my electronics from them. They also tend to have the best prices too.

When I went to New York for the first time ever last month, the top stops on my list of places to see were Adorama and B&H.

BH Is great for things that are in stock, great CS as well. Their 5D3 wait line was just terrible so I ordered from a local store and got it a few days after the release.

My experience with BH has been the wrong side of bad. The latest was sending me the wrong color laptop lid. They could have corrected their error very easily but refused to do so. Said it was out of stock but it was listed as in stock on the website. So for a measly $30 they have lost a customer.

Did you chat online with them or call them to resolve the issue? If it's a stocking error then it's more of the computers fault rather than BH's since they themselves thought it was in stock.

I have had very good experience with both, great customer service by both. My experience with B&H is longer as I use to go there when I lived in NYC. Recently have ordered several pieces of equipment from Adorama and have been very pleased as well.

Best, Bruce

A few things have been messed up when I ordered from Adorama. They fixed it for me, so I keep going with them.

Don't try to confuse me with the facts, my mind is already made up.

Sorry to hear that. I had similar problems w/ amazon. They lost me as a cusotmer. B&H and Adorama are the only two I deal with now, other than my local camera store.

I sure hope Adorama fixes their latest error! I just ordered the Crumpler 8 Million Dollar Home bag. Today I get a box with a Vanguard Heralder 28 bag instead. Yet the invoice in the box says it's the Crumpler I ordered.
