I contacted Karyn (aged eighteen) about a photo shoot. She happily agreed but asked if her younger sister Kim (aged 11) could have a go to as she wanted practise in front of the camera to. Both have aspirations to persue something in the entertainment / modelling business. (Karyn is at a stage school). What a fab pair to photograph. Very little direction required from me and full of great ideas. A joy! - 940 shots in 3 hours!!. Here's a few. C&C most welcome.

Yes, the nails were false and she's also got her sister's heels on in shot 3.

Hi Deemac,

Happy and fun looking images…
Nicely & creatively done, including the backgrounds!
Care to share how and with what you lit the backgrounds & assume gelled/colored – which look good!
Perhaps #3’s background somewhat grayish tone could have used a bit more background juice or ratio; (but hindsight from the viewers sidelines is easy).

[for subjects appears was with soft box and primarily clamshell configuration]

Overall really great images and nicely captured, thank you.

Mary

Great shots! Although, it looks like she's got a horribly broken arm in #3.
