Check my DIY bags. I love them and still use one today as a main walk around.

Its not necessarily that I have my mind made up on the Think Tank, so much as it is that I don't want to have to buy a bag not long after making one because it falls apart in a short time.

I have way too many bags.
LowePro--way too many of those; they have all been well made. Warranty is excellent too.
ThinkTank--I have had a Retro10, an Urban Disguise 40, a SpeedFreak, and a backpack. The quality is exceptional. They have many, many features and may simplify your life as a photographer. Just me...I don't like their raincover, on the Retro10. No one else complains, so it must be me being too picky. (after watching their video, I may just buy a larger Retro bag...) Their customer service is exceptional; they have replaced a strap for me when I contacted them.
Tenba--I did have one (strap) fall apart. No success with a repair, or replacement. Vendor? Tenba? My experience--warranty didn't work, so I have to hope that another one will last, so I haven't bought another one. Black Label Satchel could be a poor-man's Billingham?

Domke--so light and easy to shoot from. Easily my favourite walk around bag. I only have two...

Billingham--like a padded Domke; cost is only a little bit higher here in Canada than Domke and Think Tank, until retailers get their prices in line.

I tried the DIY route and even tried two different paddys. That whole rig is for sale now and I am very happy with my Retro 10.

Kata db 455 or 453 on Amazon.. I did a DIY with a leather messenger bag as I bought the insert on Amazon, etc. The insert cost a few dollars less than the Kata from Adorama on Amazon... Just received the 455 today and I really like it. for $30, you can't beat it.
I have a TT Retro 30 as well.

The Kata looks pretty good, but it looks a little small. I'm looking to carry everything listed in my sig, and I don't know that that would hold it based on the images on Amazon. Thanks for the recommendation though. The price is definitely appealing.

I think the 455 would suffice. I'm looking at it and you could get the 5d in there with a mounted lens, the 17-40 & 100 on either side.
