Started to think about getting this lens recently and began selling off some less used glass along with my Mark I version so I place a pre-order. Now I'm hearing this may be delayed until July? Is that true? It it is it may effect the timing of my sales. Anyone know what's going on for real?

July is the date given straight from Canon's mouth. Sucks for anybody that dropped their version 1 in anticipation of an April release date!
