Noticed this bird flying among branches happily catching and munching on insects.

All of the field marks are there. Likely an immature female given the almost total lack of yellow. Pine Warblers can range from quite yellow to very little yellow like this one. So I look at bill shape, wing bars, and the white undertail coverts. If those are all there, by process of elimination it is usually a Pine Warbler.
