It's bad karma to swear off sparrows. Good shots though.

Very nice series. Please don't dump sparrows. At least they stay with us all year around :D
Well, some of them. And yours is one of more welcomed around

Shawn, I spoke with them. They are not tired of you at all.
Keep making beautiful photographs of Sparrows and their charm will be revealed to you once again.

Nice details and colors in this little sparrow...nice shots. I love sparrows and can hardly wait for the Clay Colored and Grasshopper Sparrows to return.

I usually pass by sparrows too, but anytime one gives me a nice composition I cannot resist. (like in #3) It is like they get jealous of the other birds

Several great shot of this guy Shawn! I really like the first shot. I'm tired of Sparrows to but they're of the House variety.

Sparrows are pretty much all I have where I live, so I have a love/hate relationship with them... I so want to shoot something else, but can seldom find anything.

Excellent series of shots, the IQ is beautiful... some of my best friends are White-throated Sparrows ;)

I understand completely. But, for me it's BISON when I'm at Yellowstone. I need a really good reason to photograph them.

What's not to like? Ship them across to me (your cost :)) if you don't like them and I'll gladly take them off your hands!
Seriously though, very good images with a suitable contrasting BG.
