It's a "piebald", Rick - sort of a slight genetic mutation. Considered by most Native Americans to be a "gift", therefore they are not hunted. There is a herd of completely white deer near here that are in a former Army depot enclosure. Not albinos - they have been identified as a sub species. I will shoot some photos in the near future and post them.
