The local arts council was having another gallery show with the theme of "Blue". This was one of my submissions. Pretty terrible photograph of the work, but you get the idea;

And the paint drop on the floor;

Apparently it has been well received by the public and I've heard about several people trying to straighten the frame :D

I'm not cleaning up that mess.

Nicely done.

Thanks. It didn't turn out quite how I wanted, but it was kind of a one shot deal once I tipped the can.

Some people have wondered about the paint on the floor too :lol: During the drop I put a piece of glass under the table and it caught a nice splatter, which scraped off easily when it was dry (latex paint). My brand new lightstand did get splattered pretty bad, but thankfully it was easy to clean.

Awesome work. Well done.bw!

I always tell people if they don't keep their seascape horizons straight that the water will run out and ruin their image. :D

I love this presentation. Our photo club, The Imagemakers, had a show in this gallery right before this show. I went back to see what your show looked like. There was some very nice work on display. I have to admit when I first saw your painting my first thought is that needs to be straightened and then I noticed the paint on the floor. Very creative.

Thanks. Nice that someone local got to see it. The Imagemakers show was quite large compared to ours. Which ones were yours?
