Leaving for Utah next month and I own just one filter and that's a CPL for my 85mm. Do I need one, any for my 15-85mm which I'm sure will be on the camera (40D) the majority of the time?

Since I'm often around blowing debris or other problematic conditions, I also use (not simultaneously with a CPL) UV filters for all my lenses. Jon

It is one of the filters that are not reproducible in post processing. All the colored, warming, cooling filters are easily reproduced. A UV offers some protection from dust but does noting but degrade IQ. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
