How long does Canon take to replace a shutter on a Canon 5D MKII... and what is the cost?

I'd suggest you contact Canon's New Jersy facility to find out.

Even if someone here had the work done recently, it's possible prices have changed or your camera needs more or less work. Shutter replacements seem to range between $250 to $600 US, depending upon the camera model.

The time frame entirely depends upon how much work they've got in the shop at any given moment and if all necessary spare parts to make the repair are available. But it seems to range between less than a week up to two weeks, probably not including time in shipping.
