Anyone have some suggestions on good books or DVD series on effective selling or how to improve sales techniques? Thanks!

Thanks but this looks more like web marketing. I'm more looking at sales techniques, closing the sale, etc. We currently do a proof viewing session with the clients and are not closing enough sales at this point. I need to education my person doing this proof viewing session on how to "sell".

there's an entire section at your local book store aimed at how to improve sales.
