Have an opportunity to purchase a new Rebel T3 for $399, no tax, free shipping. Is this a worthwhile upgrade?

The T3 had been I think $549, they just announced a sale, marking it down to $399. Was just curious if the upgrade from my Xs was worth it. Yes, a picture really is worth a thousand words!

If you plan on upgrading, you are better off getting a used 50D, a 60D, or (if you want full frame) a used 5D classic.
