Nevertheless you created one magnificent image, nothing south of plant Wow.

Its only the orientation, place and time that is not.
But then that unseen prespective is what brings in that Wow factor.

Yes but still the moon will be brighter than it surrounding sky, so it's a no-go. Composite as goes with most "everything exposed well" moon photos.

I'm not so sure about that. I have it on good authority that the moon is, in fact, an illusion, and that various people have been lying to us all these years! As for the orientation, place and time? Well...I wasn't there so I can't comment!:(
