Help, I am attempting to calibrate my laptop monitor and my second monitor (dell u2311hm) attached to the laptop. I can't figure out how to calibrate both, the Spyder4 pro will not do the laptop and then a separate calibration on the other monitor. The laptop is a Dell Studio 15 with Vista 64 bit. It does calibrate either one just not both.

Thank You

Well, the laptop graphics unit would have to have a separate "LookUp Table" (LUT) to be able to calibrate a dual monitor setup, and it sounds like yours doesn't.

The alternative is to do both calibrations, saving the profiles with easily recognisable names, and then to switch in your Display settings when you want to work on a different monitor. Yes, it's a hassle. If you do your photo editing on your external monitor you may be best served by just calibrating it and then leaving that as your monitor profile.
