I am curious if anyone here views their monitor/screen the way I do....I generally view my screen (24 inch IPS) at 125%. There are a few times I will actually view it at 150% or even a few times at 200%.

just a few of my thoughts...

By "viewing" do you mean your typical distance from the screen?

I'd say I'm typically close to 100%, a bit more sometimes, but I doubt I'd be happy with 150% or longer. I have a 22" (diagonal) wide screen. Up to say 25" is OK.
