We are planning a trip up as soon as the holidays are over..... I hope there is fresh snow

Nice shot. I want snow. We are going up there in early Jan 06.

keep an eye on these webcams, seems to be plenty of snow on the high ground but none on the valley floor yet. I should be heading up myself in late dec early jan.

Great shot, definately a place I want to go if I head over to that side of the world.

Duder I check those cams every day. I think we all should "Think Snow" for Yosemite.

Nice shot! I would get rid of the junk along the bottom of the picture. Were the trees angled like that naturally, or am I seeing the effect of a wide angle lens? If it's the lens, you might want to experiment with aligning the vertical in Photoshop to see how it would look.
