Apr 27, 2012 19:11 | #1 The Longbridge on Highway 95 is about 2 miles long and crosses the Pond Oreille River/Lake boundary going into Sandpoint, Idaho. The first bridge had a section that could be lifted out up to allow the passage of boat traffic. This is the fourth bridge to be built and has a nice walking/bike path almost as wide as the 2 lane driving portion. I, like many residents really enjoy coming onto this bridge when coming home.
