Sound and the operators actually move it around and aim it different places periodically. It is in a tall oak at the edge of a farm pasture over in Iowa. She laid and hatched 3 eaggs. I see two today, might be another under her.

Ahhhh...the famous Decorah nest cam. I don't watch them (even the one we have locally) but the Decorah cam is a nice setting for an eagles nest.

I use to live only a few miles from that farm, but it was before they put the camera in. I still live close enough to it for a morning drive, but we have closer nests here.

When I first started watching this year, you could even hear people talking and 4 wheelers going by either in the woods or on the road nearby. Didn't seem to bother the birds.

Looks like only two babies now though. Have you seen three?

Honey said she seen a baby's foot this morning, without the baby. I looked but couldn't confirm that was what it was.

Looked more like something half eaten with fur on it.

Yes, I saw that. It looked like a drumstick with the feathers still on it, but it was only a partly eaten fish.

They just now showed all three birds though, and both parents, and the surrounding farm as they panned all over the area. I love that feature.

This eagle cam is great. I can't stop watching them. I check in on my birds all the time. Starting to feel like Tony Soprano.
