Prague is a beautiful city with many narrow streets, architectural details, very wide Old Square, small alleys in the Castle. You will want to have your 15-85 with you, using mostly the wide end. And for low light conditions, where you cannot use a flash or a tripod, e.g., inside the churches and museums, take the 30mm 1.4. I do not think you will need anything else.
