That's all i can think of right now. BTW, I hear rumors of the 3ti being discontinued and replaced with the t4i....just rumors for now. 3Ti | EF 50mm 1.8 | EFS 18-55mm |EFS 55-250mm| Tamron 18-270 Di II VC PZD | Tamron SP 90mm macro | EF12 II | Bower SDF680C

Otherwise get a T3. -Nate

Otherwise get a T3. IMO though the T3i is a good entry level camera. It is simple enough to where amateurs can start off easy and evolve to the full utilization of the camera. That would also mean you would skip the extra $500 of having a T3 and a T3i. T3 has a much cheaper feel to it as well. I am serious....and don't call me Shirley.

T3 definitely has a rubber feel to it and doesn't feel cheap for me. Have you actually felt and compared the 5D3 to the T3 like I have? Or even the T3 vs the Old XSi? I don't think you'd beg to differ so much after that -Nate

I would recommend a used T1i or T2i, or even a Rebel XS or XTi if you don't mind not having video. 6D | 50D | 35-80 Macro | 16-35 f/2.8L II | 50 f/1.2L | 85 f/1.2L II | 100-400L | 580EX II | 580EX II

Takes better shots than my old 7D. This statement makes no sense at all to me. The sensor isn't superior to the 7D. It's nearly the same as the 7D, T2i, and 60D. It has the same image processor but only one of them which makes it slower but no more or less capable. They use the same metering systems as well - not that this has any impact on IQ. In the same environment with the same settings you should get nearly identical IQ. The only real difference is the AA filter on the 7D which needs a little extra sharpening but does a much better job of preventing aliasing. So in places where you are dealing with moire, the 7D should be superior. In every other scenario, a slight increase to sharpening defaults produces images that are no less sharp.
