Finally I get to our "half-way" point, our arrival at the Portland Waterfront!

First was this fountain, a place where people come to hang out and play:

And then we came upon this guy, a "regular" going back some years:

I decided to shoot him at a few angles, and then in post processing decided to make close "portrait" crops, here are a couple:
