My Dryzone 100 is pretty huge IMO. I had the 100 as well before upgrading to the 200. The 200 fits a 400 DO WITH hood attached and the body. I can fit my 300 2.8 in there with body, sans hood, but without extra TCs. The bag is a monster, weighs like 8 pounds, but you know everything is safe in there. Rather easy access too.

You can (and should) easily afford one of the Lowepro Dryzone bags. http://www.amazon.com …e-trade-200/dp/B004C54AXM I've always wanted to try one of the smaller dryzone rovers, but it couldn't accommodate my 300 2.8 like my Dryzone 200AW could. http://www.amazon.com …over-Yellow/dp/B000BV9HR0 Can I cross a river with these bags?

They are completely waterproof (at least with minor submersion, not sure how deep you can go with them). I went ocean kayaking and white water rafting with them before. Yes. The bag will float too. Before I settled on the Dryzone bags (about 2 years ago), I read some reviews where people used them for spelunking, completely submerging the bags--no leaks. But as with all things, test the goods before taking them out in the field. Can't go wrong with the bathtub test.
