Men aren't allowed to hit women. It's the code of gentlemen. Unless a lady is armed with intent to kill, you've never got the green light to start swinging.

Self defense > any excuse. I don't know what went down or what happened, but if CB was truly defending himself at first I can respect that. Now he went over the top by strangling her, that's a whole different story. Well, it's the same one, but if you're acting in terms of self defense and you have no other choice, you have to defend yourself.

They were stopped, in the car, and she was checking his cell texts. She got pissed at the texts from the ladies, got into an argument, and they started trading blows (after she threw the keys out the window). If you're the guy, you don't resort to violence in that situation. You shield yourself, talk her down, restrain if need be, or just plain walk away from the situation (get out of the car).

Her face was pretty much pulp. I'm not sure his face even had a scratch. He's not a monster by any means, but I sure as hell wouldn't let him anywhere near my sister.

See, I can't believe any media, but if that truly was it I can't respect that. Now lets say if she was punching his face, or beating him up and then he retaliated out of self defense I can understand that. Otherwise, no, it isn't right for anyone to do such a thing.

That being said, I don't see the need to really beat anyone up. Peace, love, special brownies.

You mean to tell me you believe everything the media says? Just because they say it came from a police report doesn't mean they twisted the story.

Obviously CB is a horrible person for doing such a thing, but I'm just saying in GENERAL, if some macho woman comes up to you, starts a fight, and beats you to a pulp it isn't OK to hit her back because she's a woman? There are men that are weaker than women that can get beaten up by them. Now hitting a woman is not alright in my books if she has not done something that can seriously harm you, that goes for anyone, the only time I find it alright to hit someone back is in self defense and your life is at risk, or if avoidable just run away.

F-No! The rates I get in the city trump the online prices. I would only rent online if i needed the big primes as i dont have access to a place here in the city that carries them. Everything else needed for event photography is easily attained at dirt cheap prices, meaning they wont impact your overall pricing for shooting an event.
