Sigma gave me the option to send my lens here for auto focus repair and I did. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with turnaround times. The lady told me today it could be up to 6 weeks. I know it really is dependent on what is wrong with the lens, but I was just wondering if anyone has any first had experience with these guys. Thanks!

I just got a call today telling me that CRIS did not have the parts and they were going to send my lens to the Sigma repair center in NY for repair. Why can't they just send the part(s) to CRIS? I'm worried - I've heard bad things about the NY repair center. Debbie

I know a lot of people trust these guys.....I contacted them to clean up my 60D and they said for sensor cleaning they send it out to canon. I thought, are you guys just like FedEx for cameras or something? I get it's older and maybe parts are gone but they said on the invoice it's a discontinued product. Not sure if that meant because it's no longer made they won't service it or if they don't have the parts for it. 1Ds / 40D-BGE2N
