No in radio mode, yes in wireless/light pulse mode, and yes using two YN-622C radio triggers.

Could I use 5Dii with a 600ex on it, and a slave 600ex sitting nearby.

Then, adjust power of each manually from camera (or master) and communicate via radio at 1/100 sec?.

Pretty much this: I want to be able to adjust both in manual mode without walking over to the slave, and trigger over radio, no triggers and no 5Diii.

You can do this via radio when you enable ratios. In manual 3 separate channels appear - A, B and C. You can adjust your slave from the master.

You cannot do this in group mode with the 5D2 as it is a pre 2012 camera release.

You should be able to achieve 1/200. Reports have come in where people are able to do that and has been the 5D2 has been mentioned.

Huh? The poster asked about manual control of flash power...

With pre-2012 cameras, you can manually control flash power without any sort of use of ratios. If I want to set the A group to 1/16 power and B to 1/4 I can do that... ratios are used when I don't want to manually set the power, but want a 4:1 ratio from A:B for example.

The [now] legacy optical system used groups (A:B:C)... with pre-2012 cameras you still have that same amount of control. The difference is that 2012-later cameras allowed an additional 2 groups (D:E) and allowed users to begin configuring each groups mode independently; so if you want groups A:B to be in ETTL and C in manual you can do that. With pre-2012 bodies you cannot do this, and must use one or the other (ETTL, Manual, etc).

Is that not what I said?

You keep stating, "when you enable ratios".... I'm not sure how that has anything to do with manual control. Adjusting the flash power manually (i.e. 1/16, 1/8, 1/4) is different than ratios (i.e. 8:1, 4:1, 2:1) which are used when the flash(es) are in ETTL.

If I don't want to control the flash power manually, I set my flash(es) in ETTL and adjust the ratio to what I want (again, 4:1, 2:1, etc). However, if I want to manually control the flash power I just set the mode to Manual - nothing to do with ratios.

In Manual when you select ratios 3 separate channels come up. A, B and C. Not like the ones in ETTL which are A:B then C. In manual when ratios are enable I can set the 3 other flashes to A, B @ C and control each one separately from the master. Not a ratio between A and B but each flash separately 1/16. 1/8, 1/4 and so on.
