C&C welcome. I know there are things I wish I could have done better, and with more help I would have liked to use a few more flashes at times, but in the intereste of keeping the shot moving I kept it fairly light.

This was shot with my new 5d3. The full blog post is here: http://redtiephotography.zenfolio.com …gagement-mike-and-viviana (external link)

For #8, did you wait for the cross-walk lights to turn green, ran out to the middle of the street and had them kiss, then took off? I wonder how many shoots this took ^_^

That is actually exactly what we did. Were you watching us? There is a place in Downtown San Diego that all lights turn red and all crosswalks go - we ran out twice to get this shot.

You wanted feedback? You got it.

Here's my take.

1. Skin tones look off. It looks too orange/pink-ish. Otherwise I think it's a good photo.

2. Same thing with skin tones. Otherwise, love her expression. Like the leading lines with the brick wall as well.

3. Sking tones look better on this one. I generally like the back drop. There are couple of things that bother me though. It's crooked, the hot spot on the upper right where presumably your OCF was located, and what they are standing on.

4. Not too crazy about this one. They look detached. I assume they were holding hands but that's not in the frame. He's got that fish look going with the smooching. Also, the skin tones look off or maybe it's just the lighting making the facial feature look flat on him? Not sure. Something's off though.

5. I like the lighting on this one. I would try to clone out the right side of his shirt. I know it's supposed to be rim lighting but it kind of sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, they were holding eachother but the hands/arms are almost entirely out of the frame.

6. Same general comments. Skin tone looks off. Hands/arms are cut off. I'd crop out the arms entirely.

7. Nice backdrop wth the "SD". Lighting looks a little on the hot side, particularly on his shirt, but otherwise it looks pleasant. Maybe clone out the orange cone on the right side of the frame?

8. Would have been better if you shot them straight on sideways instead of them angled that way, but overall I like the shot. Maybe straighten it out a little bit?
