First time shooting birds, let me know what you think!

I am new to bird photography, and just got this lens (150-500 siggy) so not sure on how it performs, so thought id ask you folks...

These are my cleaned up shots from earlier today, which seem to have hit with af.

I am using spot AF and spot focus... I am happy with the goose.

Please let me know what i can do to improve...especially sharpness!

Very good start, the 150-500 is a very capable lens.
