New Disney Eneloop batteries

I found these neat little things at an electronics store here in Osaka (Japan). I did a search on B&H and on the forums, and it seems like it isn't available in the States.

What are your thoughts on these? I might just buy a few of these for fun, and maybe to send home to my photographer buddies.

Don't see the point. All the colors and designs and such and....you put them inside things and never see them...so why?
