Do the wasabi batteries read out power levels and work on the canon charger? In short, does it work exactly like the canon battery?

Plus I gotta buy a camera to use for CLP which is another 10-15 bucks. I saw a 60D go on here for 650 shipped with a spare battery. Hopefully I can find a deal like that again, otherwise yes, I do plan on using the CLP. CLP has free shipping. Mine came to $667 including tax. I ordered it late Friday night and had it in my hands Tuesday afternoon. Canon 60D-50 mm f1.8/ 55-250/ 15-85/28 f2.8/ 430 EX II [Canon xTi /18-135 (sold)]

I ordered a Canon brand spare battery just because I'm a little paranoid with something going wrong and messing up the camera. I know a lot of people use third party batteries without a problem though. A bit of a late reply haha. I have had my 60D (from the forum) for months now and LOVE it. Also got a spare battery for $15 bucks off amazon, based off recommendations here, and it works well, but doesnt last nearly as long as the Canon. Will eventually replace with a Canon one when I can. Right now the money is going towards other stuff instead, like trying to get a Sigma 10-20. :P Josh
