Chad, if you haven't been in that long, and you live relatively close, there's no excuse! it changed a lot a couple of years ago, when a winter storm blew away most of the logs as well as the sand/gravel "berm" that held the creek in - for a while, there was no lagoon, the stream just ran straight down the beach into the sea, but now the sand ridge is being built up again, and some of the driftwood is collecting... i expect in a year or so, it'll look much like it did before the storm...
