Viewing on Win 7 FF12

1. Set your slide show script to pre load the images, for me it hangs for a while and says "no new images to load"

2. You have one type of layout on the portraits and another on the other galleries, try and keep it consistent, I actually prefer the portrait page one

2. Your contact page says "I'm available for work" If you want to get google to see your site you going to have to add a whole lot more text than this. Google only see's text, it wont be able to tell what your site is about from what you have here.

3. Add your metatag's

4. Do you really need 5 stylesheets, can you not merge it into one and compress it. Google penalizes slow page loads as well. Sign up for google webmaster account and monitor the page loads, it will be as they see it and not the way you seeing it.

Site loaded fine on Mac OS X / Firefox.

My main comment would be now work on adding more images, and remove images that are too similar. You need more different stuff, for instance in the Urban section, it's the same skyline in every photo.

But now that you have the website up, and a few more cod tweaks like Google Analytics and maybe some more SEO - you have a good start.

take more photos! :)

site loaded fine on ie with windows 7, I like the site not bad. I recently asked for some critiques here on my website and I had the same type of grid overlay for my homepage and others made a good point to me. People might think the grid overlay is part of the actual photo and not want that style processing.

Hmm...Interesting point. A friend of mine told me that the dallas downtown pic on the home page didnt look as good as before and I had to explain to him that its cause of the grid overlay. Might have to take it out.

Loaded fine using my 10-year-old XP and Chrome. I don't see any grids though. Did you remove them? I would definitively work on SEO.

Using IE9 and viewing full-screen on a Dell u2711 the site loaded file however the background images all lookes soft and somewhat out of focus.

Now, I understand why this is, what with compressing the images for web display and letting IE9 do the upscaling to fill a 27in monitor - it does however not show your work off to its best and did not leave me with the WOW factor that you must be going for with such a large image display.

Not a big fan of having a dynamic size to my website....I'm on a iMac 27" and the images seem to become stretched for my screen. Dynamic layout isn't the best IMHO.

Overall the layout is pretty darn cool, something way different. I personally wouldn't keep it dynamic sizing.
