IMO you need multiple bags.
a 4 mdh for 1 body with a lens.
a 5 or 6 type as well. for carrying a flash and another lens - at times.
and then a backpack to hold everything.

How about a Toploader from Lowepro and you can order online from B&H or Adorama...whoever since you're lazy to go out...what do you shoot? porn at home? :D

The smallest bag that can hold my 5dm2, 85L and 430ex is the Tenba Black label small photo satchel, the Crumpler 4mdh doesn't look as wide, best go for the 5mdh as the fellow poster's have suggested

You could also fit a 50mm under the camera body on the grip side. The bag is definitely well featured but this makes it a bit expensive, effectively the Tenba Black Label range is the poor man's Billingham.
