I have CS5 and Lightroom 4
Im looking for suggestions or tips on how to combine both the before and after shot in one picture.
If you can show me some samples, that would be great too.
As always, your help is very much appreciated.
Thanks

May 08, 2012 07:10 | #3 ^^ That would make it side by side. you could also display them both and screen capture with your settings displayed. You could also drag on onto the other in PS to make a new layer of the after one. PS help will show you how to make an animated .gif that will switch between the 2 layers. PS will also display the differences between them but I forget how to do that. Dave

chrisa Goldmember More info | Animated gif is how I do it. 2 layers in photoshop, one before and one after. Open animation window, click drop down menu at right hand corner. Convert to fram animation, set image to forever at 1 second interval. Save for web as .gif

tonylong ...winded More info | May 09, 2012 09:38 | #11 Shawn, if you have Windows Vista or Win7 there is a "Snipping Tool" that enables you to just trim out a portion of your active app, so if you do the Lightroom Before/After display then it is really quick to just "snip" that part of the window out and save it as a jpeg. Just make sure that the result is a proper size to post here -- 1024 pixels at the widest and, if you are uploading to here from your computer no more than a 150KB file size. For a screen shot the file size should be no problem, but you can save yourself resizing if you ensure that your Lightroom window is a proper size (doesn't fill up the screen). Tony
