Would an EF adapter allow me to use this nikon lens?

I am looking at a Nikon fisheye lens, and I wonder if I'd be able to use it on my 5D3? ;)

Well if you could afford it then go for it ! Also better hope it takes perfect images no matter what , and edits them also for you so you don't have to do nothing more ;) !!

That lens has a 220* FOV and can see BEHIND itself. Mind boggling lol.

Murpheys Law dictates that 15 minutes into the first session youll drop it or scratch the front element.
