I'm using Lightroom 3.2. Sometimes when I click on a caption, it is overwritten with the caption from another photo. Why is that happening?

So, when you start to type in a caption and Lightroom starts to do this (with blue text) just hit the Delete key and type on. If you don't delete when it's blue, it can get messy -- you'll have to re-select the text that has been auto-entered and delete. I don't think this is the same as the problem I'm having.

I have completed captions in photos A and B. I return to the caption A to edit it, and when I click on the box, it is overwritten with the caption from photo B. There is no blue highlight. When I right-click on the box again, the 'undo' button is greyed out. When you're in Grid View, do you have multiple images selected? Jay

However, you do know that LR3 got up to LR3.6 until LR 4 came out. Not that it would solve your problem, just know that the LR team works to fix bugs as well as add new cameras to their version upgrades. Yeah, I'll try to figure out what exact circumstances it's happening in.
