I need a bag to fit:

5diii and charger
24LII
70-200ISII
580 and 430 flashes in their cases
two B+W cp filters in their cases
ettl cord
i may possibly in 6 months or so pick up a m43 cam like the EM-5 w/one lens or something so I'd like a little area for that as well.

I fly to vacation, I don't do street photography, I don't need to whip out cameras in an instant. just need a good bag to store the stuff, throw it in the backseat, carry it around to the lake, the race track, on vacation, etc. something that zips up completely, not just a flap over with clips or whatever.

any recommendations would be great.

Just got this Kata at the bargain price of $29.95 from Adorama and love it. Carries my laptop as well as gear similar to yours. Not my primary bag because I use a 5Dii and a 7D gripped and it won't hold both with all my lenses.

Special price may not last long. Already gone to 69.99 on Amazon.

Really like my Think Tank Retrospective 20. Pretty much keep sme type of stuff in mine. Two primes, a 70-200L IS II and a flash are the typical stuff I put in it. Take a look. Let us know what you end up with.

Does that retro 20 seal up all the way or just flap over? I'd like something that can totally seal off.

It has a huge flap with strong velcro but you can also set it up to be quiet but that's not sealed either. I believe the Think Tank Urban Disguise is very similiar with a zipper closure to seal it up. I think the 60 holds the same amount as the retro 20.

I really really like my ThinkTank Streetwalker HD. It might be a tad big for you but its a solid bag.
