i have the T2i mainly using the Tamron 18-200 but have the 18-55is & 55-250is and was looking at the Tamron 17-50 non vc is that a better upgrade to use with the 55-250 over the Tamron 18-200 or the 18-55is
but for better IQ is the 18-55is & 55-250is a better combination over the Tamron 18-200

Yes. The 2 kit lenses are actually pretty sharp, good IQ. The superzooms, like the Tamron 18-200, are never that good.

The Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 Non VC is a fantastic lens. Much better IQ than the 18-55is kit and Tamron 18-200.

thanks until I pick up the 17-50 I'll try the 18-55 & the 55-250 and check the difference over the Tamron 18-200

I find my Tamron 17-50 nonVC to be an excellent lens and I use it more than I used my kit for the colors, sharpness, and constant Ap. The kit lens wasn't bad by any means thou.
