Black-Necked Stilt

Saw my first Stilt today, pretty uncommon here - what a great bird!

really like 3 and 4, those have the reflection

I really like #2.
stilts are pretty cool.
If you sit there for a bit they will walk very close.

Excellent shots, I particularly like the 1st one with the water droplet captured. Their eyes are very reminiscent of Killdeer.

You know, I think they would. The issue was that I had clouds rolling in. I would have loved better light that morning.
