Thanks for the advice guys!
I've done some more research and have come to the conclusion it really doesn't matter which model I go for. Atm I don't have a laptop (which isn't all that bad, because I should be studying for finals anyway) but I want one soon.
Another advantage of the 2011 13" is the thunderbolt port, which I think will come in handy once thunderbolt becomes more common.
I'm probably going to pick up a 13" 2011 MBP tomorrow for 150€. I guess that's the right way to go. A 2010 15" would be too.

Thunderbolt will always be more expensive because the cable has a chip in the plugs.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Yep, thats why I cant wait for the new MacBook Pros to come out since rumors are strong theyll have USB 3. Forget ThunderBolt, Im not paying for those devices and I cant use them interchangeably with my PC (yet anyway).

I gotta say I'm really excited what the new MBP's will bring. USB 3.0 would be very logical as well as super conveniet, but for the moment I don't really need it, nor do I have the funds for one. Maybe in a year or two I'll get an old 15" high-res anti-glare quad-core i7 with 2.8ghz of RAM ;) Won't probably be too expensive by then, ha!

I'm going to pick up a 13" this afternoon. Can't wait! Thanks for all the input everyone!
