Looking to get some thoughts on this. What prime lens do you crop body owners reach for the most for just walking around?

I've had two copies (mk1 and mk2) of the 50mm nifty, and still found that I preferred my 30mm Sigma.

I really love my 60 macro as a general lens on my 7D. It does a great job.

I like my Canon 35 f/2. Cheap, reliable, light, good IQ.

My 35 F2 is for sale. I replaced it with OM 28 3.5, it works better as walkaround lens on my Rebel. Small size compare to 35F2, has metal hood and very smooth MF.

mm looks like a lot of suggestions in the 30mm range. I like the sigma but should I be wary of playing the "lottery"?
