Would've be cool if you guys were here... I can hear Manish firing away with his new 1DX toy and Dale doing his artistic shots. In spirits the first shot is for you guys hehehe...I'll tell Butch tomorrow.

Thanks Dale...the coupon for 500 off really helped make the decision. It's an expensive machine, no doubt, but, the 1Ds2 spoiled me.

Maybe one of those 1200mm would let me stand back and still get the shots? Can I use yours? I'll just stay in the hotel and shoot off the veranda!

85 here today, beautiful day, nothin but cows to look at. Modified a couple a flashlights for something to do.

Man, hope that airborne guy had a smooth landing...a guy could get hurt like that! And I see y'all had some down time when no one was on a curl Awesome Gimbal Greg has there! Bet it makes tracking a breeze!

JJ, that little ride looks like a blast...you made it appear to be screaming, don't know if it was or not but nice capture!

And cmoy, love how the spot lights are caught in that capture, that traingular building style always captivates me...what a way to use available space!

Patrick/Butch...seems like a 'swell' day. Nice shots...and seems like you guys had some fun. Anyone wanna send me one of those 400's?

For now, I'm just learning my new toy...and understanding everything. So many controls and functions to learn...I'm takin' my time. Luckily, I have a model at home...my son.

Apparently Butch and Pat have models too, maybe you should join them Manish!
