To get either a Canon 100mm f2.8L Macro IS or Canon 135mm f/2.0L when I already have the Canon 70-200mm f2.8L IS II ?

It really depends....both of the lenses you listed do have their applications. Obviously, the macro lens will give you macro capabilities. The 135 will give you an extra stop that can come in real handy when trying to stop action in a dimmly lit high school gym during a basketball game where every stop is worth its weight in gold. If you don't desire or need macro capabilities or that extra stop of light, it would be pretty pointless to buy either IMO.

I'd say yes it's pointless to the 135L, and maybe to the 100. If you don't have a macro specific lens, and are looking to expand into that area, then it could make a handy acquisition
