Afternoon light in B&W

I was driving around near the in-laws looking for some unique shots on farms, drove past this windmill and decided to stop on my way back.

It was about 5 in the afternoon and I didn't have a tripod. I had intended to try and get some motion blur because it was spinning.

I have printed it off and it is now hanging on the wall, one of my favourites.

Very nice picture. When I read the title of the post I wondered why one would make something that could be beautiful in color a B&W, but after seeing it very nice.
