Hey All,
I'm new to photography and want to build a small portrait studio at home. Mostly for Pets photography. There is so many options that I don't know what to buy and can't spend much either.
I was thinking about getting a few clamp light at home depot with the fluorescent lights. Also I have seem lots of people using those strobes with flash but I don't want to scare the animals but I will also do people portraits and need decent lighting.
I will appreciate any recommendations as far a with what gear I can accomplish a good light source without breaking the bank.
I have seem two types of umbrellas, the ones that reflect the lights back to the subject and the ones that you shoot through the umbrellas. Witch one do I need and witch one of these two provide better lighting.
