A quick question to those with a better understanding of the 5D3’s focus settings.
Coming from the 1DS2 the focus points illuminate in red indicating which point has locked focus. I see my 5D3 does this in full auto, but I can’t seem to get the same in any other mode.
Is there a setting I'm missing ?

Thx

It's a glitch that's been noticed on this and other forums and it should be fixed with an upcoming firmware update from Canon hopefully. It will only light up red when it's activated in the menu and when focus is attained. With a bit of luck the update should make it behave like the older models like the 5D2.
