I think that #s 1 & 4 look pretty good, but as you saw in my thread, metallic paint is pretty easy? ;)

I agree with above shots 1 & 4 definitely the best. I could see where you were going with shot 2 but it didn't quite get there for me as it looks washed out and could have used some reflectors on to the side/front of the vehicle to get it to pop more. I really don't like the angle and crop you've used for number 3, as it really needed to be taken from a more parallel angle to the car and sit further back. Also because all the angles are leading to that front wheel you've want to make sure that's as sharp as a tack.

i see what you were trying on the 2nd last shot but nothing in the background or on the other side for that much negative space.... too much negative space IMO... rest are good.

Thanks for the feedback!

PhotosGuy, I read your "A few Car Lighting Tips" thread and I learned a lot from it. Number 2 and 3 are definitley "against" your rules but I love the scenery of #2 and #3 was just one of the extra shots I had from that day that I decided to keep (I hope this makes sence :) ).

I'll agree with the above about #1 and 4 being the better of the lot, but I'm a big fan of #4 being the best. I like perspective a lot, but feel it's a bit to dark (underexposed maybe) and I would have shot it with a CPL to get rid of the reflection on the windshield. Just my $.02

Cheers!

I've never said that every shot has to be a great one, just that one in a series should make it look as good as possible?
